Waterville Central School District bus drivers proudly wear pink on Tuesdays throughout the month of October to raise awareness for breast cancer and support those affected by the disease.

This initiative is part of the district’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and health advocacy. By wearing pink, school bus drivers are not only making a visual statement but also reminding students, families and staff of the importance of early detection, education and support in the fight against breast cancer.
“We’re incredibly proud of our drivers,” said Superintendent of Schools Zachary Abbe. “Their commitment to safety and care extends beyond their bus routes.Their participation in this awareness campaign reflects the heart of our school community.”
