On July 20, incoming fourth and fifth grade students at Memorial Park Elementary School (MPS) visited The Root Farm during the school’s Wild About Learning summer camp. The Root Farm is a local facility offering a wide range of agricultural, recreational and therapeutic experiences.

Students enjoyed an immersive day filled with nature, animals and outdoor adventure. They engaged in hands-on activities such as rock climbing and hiking, all while practicing teamwork and collaboration.

The experience gave students a chance to explore nature alongside their peers while building essential life skills. A special thank you to everyone who helped make this exciting trip a success!
