Memorial Park Elementary School Celebrates End of School Year With Annual Bus Send-Off

On June 26, Memorial Park Elementary School celebrated the end of another successful school year with its annual bus send-off!

To mark the last day of school, teachers lined the sidewalks to wave goodbye as students headed home for a well-deserved summer break. This year's celebration was made even more memorable thanks to the Waterville Volunteer Fire Department, which joined the bus send-off with a special water salute.

Students had a blast spraying silly string out the bus windows while their teachers below happily played along — thank you to our amazing teachers for being such great sports!

This heartfelt tradition is a wonderful way to close out the school year, bringing the community together one last time before summer begins. A special thank you to the fire department for helping make the day so memorable.

Congratulations to all of our students on a fantastic school year! We wish everyone a fun, relaxing and safe summer break.
