My name is Miss Decker, welcome to my Spanish Class! This is my 2nd year as a Spanish Teacher here at Waterville Jr. Sr. High School, and will be teaching grades 7, 9 and Dual Credit in 12. I first traveled to Spain when I was 16 and have been in love with the Spanish language ever since! I have studied Spanish for over 12 years, and have visited and lived in multiple Spanish-speaking countries.

I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Lynchburg, Virginia in 2016. After graduating from Lynchburg I moved back home to Utica and began a career in International Admissions; I spent over three years traveling the world! I am in the process of completing my Master's Degree in Adolescence Education at Utica College.

In my free time I like to hike and have completed 24 of the 46 High Peaks in the Adirondacks! 

I am so happy to be here at Waterville and am looking forward to sharing the Mundo Hispanohablante with you!
