Student Registration

Memorial Park Elementary New Student Registration

Children need to be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2025, to be eligible to start school in the fall. Students currently enrolled in UPK classes will still need to register and submit the necessary paperwork.

To Register:

Email Mary Blunt at mblunt@watervillecsd.org to receive enrollment forms.

Return completed forms with:

  • a copy of your child’s most recent immunization record
  • proof of residency, and
  • a copy of your child’s birth certificate
