The leaves have tight ruffled edges and thick fibrous stalks.* Dinosaur Kale (Lacinato Kale) - this variety has dark blue-green, wrinkled firm leaves. The are tall and narrow shaped with a slightly sweeter and more delicate flavor than Curly Kale.
