The Harvest Of the Month (HOM) Program is an exciting way to engage the students on a multitude of levels. They will have the opportunity to learn about the selected Harvest Of the Month in the classroom, where they will have the opportunity to see the item in its natural whole form as well as have the opportunity to taste the item while being engaged in an educational activity. The cafeteria will be featuring the Harvest Of the Month at least one time each month on the menu. We will be using the Vermont Harvest of the Month programming as a guide and resource for our program, much of the information will come from this successful program. We have made an effort to align our HOM selections with the New York States harvest season and availability.
