See them on WKTV Meet your Waterville CSD Jr Iron Chefs… Chef Aiden, Chef Paige, Chef John-Michael & Chef Indy. These Jr Iron chefs have worked collaboratively under the direction of Tiffany McConn, Farm to School coordinator, to develop a unique, tasty recipe that incorporated local and commodity items. Their recipe includes 20 items, excluding herbs or seasonings, of which 11 are listed as LOCAL foods and 3 are listed as COMMODITY foods. Additionally it meets all the federal school lunch requirements and can be replicated to fit in a school lunch menu.
